Payment Conditions

• By T/T : Advance payment with certain percentage agreed by both side
• Balance payment after shipment within certain days agreed by both side
• By D/P : Advance payment with certain percentage agreed by both side
• By L/C : Irrevocable
... Any good and reliable conditions can be acceptable

Shipment Method & Delievery Time

• By Air (including special courior service) : max 7 to 10 after confirmaion of order
• By LCL (less than container loading) : max 15 days after confirmaion of order
• By FCL (full container loading: 20ft, 40ft, 40hc) : max 25 days after confirmation of order

Fulfilment Rate (Supplying Rate)

• On average 90%(+/-) 5% from total confirmed order amount

Back Order Policy

• Back order can be valid with same price only one time after releasing main order. but without any intervals of orders

Claim Policy

• Any claims can be filed with proper reasons and evidences.
• Claim report form can be provided, according to your request.
